Founded in 2023, our instructors have a wide range of experience and expertise, and are here to train you through every step of the learning process. Whether you're joining us as a beginner or a black belt, there's always more room to perfect your form. Our Sensei's are eager to help you start a new chapter of strength & wellness. A true Karate Sensei can take you anywhere! All of our instructors are fully DBS checked. They hold the required JKA licences/affiliation and insurances as well as first aid and safeguarding training. The safety of our students is paramount.
